Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with eyewa. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your product(s) within 30 days of receiving it in GCC.

Return and refund policy for online orders

eyewa offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for your purchased products, as long as they are still in their original condition and packaging.

We've made it easy to make a return online – click here to get started.

  • To be eligible for a return or refund, the product(s) must be in its original condition, including any accessories and packaging.
  • To initiate a return or refund request, please go to the eyewa app/website and raise a request in the "return and refund" section of your account.
    • One of our delivery partners will contact you to pick up the product(s).
    • Otherwise, product(s) purchased online can also be returned to an eyewa retail store.
  • Once we receive the returned product(s), it will go through a quality check to confirm if the product(s) is applicable for refund or not. You will then receive an email from our end confirming the approval or rejection of your request.
  • If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method.
    • Please note that shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount.
    • The refund will be done to the original payment method.
    • For Cash on delivery orders, eyewa credit will be issued.
  • If your request is rejected (ex. Normal wear & tear, Misuse of the product(s), scratches on the frames & lenses after delivery, not having a valid invoice or any order confirmation etc.), we will send you the product(s) back, along with an email explaining the reason for the rejection.


Prescription orders

For prescription orders, the coating addons and package upgrades are not applicable for refunds.

  • For BOGO (buy one, get one), Both has to be returned together
  • For Mix and match product(s), all of the product(s) have to be returned together
  • Discounted product(s) may be eligible for returns under the same conditions as regular priced product(s), Only the paid amount will be refunded
  • Clearance or Final Sale products are not eligible for return


We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product(s) does not meet the above criteria. The refund amount, if any, will be decided by the criterias set by the eyewa team.

Contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged once the box has been opened.

In case the return request is rejected, we will try to deliver the product(s) to the customer three times. The customer can raise a request for another attempt with our customer care team within three days after the last notified attempt. Post the last attempt, product(s) will be sent for liquidation and the customer won’t be able to request for the delivery of the product(s) again.

eyewa will try to pick up the product(s) from the customer three times, after the last attempt, the customer has the right to bring the product(s) to one of our stores within 5 days. After 5 days, the return request will be canceled. The Customer can raise a return request again.
