3.Consult your eye doctor regularly.
Eyes are very sensitive organs, and while some health issues can escalate quickly if left undiagnosed, most cases are easily treated. So don’t hesitate to visit your eye doctor if you sense abnormality in your vision, eye dehydration or color change in the whites of your eyes.
Just drink a lot of Water! as simple as it sounds, but you have to keep your eyes hydrated. Dry eyes cause a lot of discomfort and in some cases lead to more serious eye health issues. You can also try using artificial-tear drops and gels products that help keeping the eyes moist during the day and they have no side effects.
5.Take regular breaks from screens.
And we mean both computers and smartphones. Staring too long at a screen can cause damage like eyestrain and dry eyes. Make sure you take short breaks every hour from your laptop, try resting your eyes by closing them for a while or exercising them by blinking harder than normal few times.
