Introducing Ross & Brown Sunglasses

A lot of us long for a period of time that we didn’t necessarily live in, we want to root back to a feeling of past culture, a nostalgia for fashion trends, music or simpler lifestyle.  And since we can’t take you back in time, here at eyewa, we did our best by bringing back the past to you instead by presenting Ross & Brown eyewear!

Ross & Brown is a brand that has a soul to it. They simply don’t just sell eyewear as an object to serve a functional purpose for the eyes, but they also breathe-in a retro and vintage touch into every design.

What makes their brand even more unique, is that they don’t get lost on the concept of “good old days” and simply disconnect from who we are now. That’s the twist: they bring us good memories, while adding a contemporary character to their pieces of sunglass art!

We have picked four of our favourite pieces from four different collections. Each collection is named after an iconic city around the world at a certain period of the past.

Stracciatella, from the collection Capri: 

These sunglasses are named after an island in Italy. This collection was inspired by the 50s in that island, where it was one of many iconic places for luxury, fashion and many known faces in the entertainment industry. With its round shape and unique split color between black and tortoise you will surely make a fashion statement.

Wild life, from the Harvard collection:

These shades are inspired by the 1960s, where fashion was influenced by athletes around the most well-known universities in the United States. With their effortless and cool style, they represented confidence and simplicity. And you will feel just that when you wear this rectangular piece with its half gold half tortoise design.

Black storm, from the St. Tropez collection:

These sunglasses are named after the coastal town on the French Riviera. The collection is inspired by the spirit of that town for being a popular place of some famous movie sets, artists and people who express freedom and revolution. And it stands to its name black storm with round black frame splashed with specks of white.

Last but not least we have Champagne, from the Paris collection. Inspired by the 50s in that iconic city, filled with the culture of cafes, books, fashion, and romance. a city we all dream of visiting, because it is the city for dreamers. these sunglasses with transparent round frame, charming, and romantic just like paris!
